Kafei: So I joined this guild and they made me join their tourney to make up numbers :D I actually won my first match - Uberdisc and Vespa in doubles was a sight to see, Uberdisc took down a Blaziken, Toxiced the tanks and Vespa punched a Gardevoir the fuck out with X-Scissor. Okay, he didn't quite kill her, he took her to 1 or 2 hp, but Focus Sash saved him from dying to Psychic that turn, and Uberdisc's Toxic finished her off.
I lost my second (singles) tourney match, which may have been something to do with the fact that I was fielding luvdisc, beedrill and mightyena while my opponent had Kyogre. Harmony the SGAromaBliss made her debut, got freeze hax 3 out of the 10pp (Raichu88: I hate ur harmony, hate hate hate) and eventually forced me to run because I only had Harmony left, he only had special sweepers, she had run out of Ice Beam PPs and once she started Softboiling we'd have been there all night.
Third battle: a friendly match in which my Sofia takes on four and a half OU pokemon including Alakazam and Darkrai... Conversation was carried out on gamefaqs forum, battle was over DS wifi.
I know he wasn't very good, but I'm not very good either, so it balances out.
